Painting
In this class students will learn the basic techniques and materials of painting, as well as the develop observational skills using acrylic paints. Topics include basic color theory, materials, development and representational and abstract approaches to subject matter, and strategies for intuitive, individual response to subject matter and materials in directed assignments.
